Our bathroom products are sold through independent bathroom specialists across the UK and we can direct you to your closest showroom. All of our retailers will understand the technical aspects of the installation and will be able to guide you through your purchase.
Specifier?
If you are someone who specifies bathroom for a project i.e. Architect, Interior Designer etc. we can certainly assist you. We have a team of specialists who will work with you and offer expert advice on room designs and best use of space.

We are transparent with our pricing and you will find the RRP price for every product on the relevant product page.
All of our products contain fitting instructions within the packaging. A copy of these instructions can also be found on this website in the download section of each product page. We would always advise seeking the assistance of a professional where electrical/plumbed in items are concerned.
Even though fitting a bathroom can look like a simple task, we would always recommend seeking professional assistance. Our product range is extensive and features products that we would recommend having professionally fitted, including but not limited to lit mirrors and towel rails which need installing on to the mains electric.

Delivery
With the exception of ‘Customised or Bespoke Products’, all our product offering is held in stock in the UK at our Distribution Centre in Warrington. We deliver to retailers and merchants throughout the UK on a daily basis. Most areas of the England and Wales are covered by our next day delivery services and all other areas reached typically between 2 – 4 days. Orders to be despatched the following day, need to be received before 3pm
Warranty
Our product range is extensive so we recommend looking at our guarantees page in the footer down below. Typically, products have a ten-year guarantee with electrical parts featuring a two-year guarantee.
